14 days, no questions.

If the plan isn't useful, write to us within 14 days and we'll send your money back. You can keep the PDF. We won't ask why.

01How to request a refund

Reply to your receipt email, or write to hello@tinyplans.co with the email tied to your account. A human reads it within one business day.

02How fast you get the money back

We initiate the refund the same business day. Stripe usually returns it to your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We can't make it faster than the card network allows.

03You keep the plan

We don't lock the plan, revoke the PDF, or delete your account when we refund you. The PDF is yours to keep. If it ends up being helpful next week after all, just don't ask for it twice.

04After 14 days

Outside the window, we generally don't refund — but if something material changed (a bug in your plan, a billing error, a policy change you don't accept), email us anyway. We'd rather sort it out than leave you unhappy.

The 14-day window exists because nobody should feel trapped by something they spent $25 on at 2am. If you don't want the plan, you shouldn't have it on your card.

05Promo codes & discounts

Discounted purchases are refundable on the same 14-day terms. If you got the launch-week 50% discount, the refund is the discounted amount you paid — not the regular price.

06Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can almost always sort it out in a day, and a chargeback costs us $15 in fees that don't help anyone.
