You pay once for a 12-week plan. You use it for your family. We keep the lights on and the clinical content up to date.
01What you're buying
A personalised newborn-care plan covering the first 12 weeks after birth. Updates within that window are included. The plan is yours to read, download, print, and share with your pediatrician.
02Personal use only
The plan is licensed for one family. Don't resell it, don't republish it as your own content, don't paste it into a paid app. Sharing the link with one friend is fine.
03This is not medical advice
Tiny Plans is informational support. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace your pediatrician. If something feels wrong, call your pediatrician. The full medical disclaimer spells this out.
04Refunds
14 days, no questions. See the refund policy.
05What we promise
- Every clinical recommendation cites its source (AAP, WHO, NICE, or peer-reviewed literature).
- Every template change is reviewed by two pediatric nurse practitioners before it ships.
- If we change the plan you already have, we'll tell you what changed and why.
06What we don't promise
We can't promise your baby will sleep through the night. We can't promise the plan will work for every family. We can promise it's the best version of what current pediatric guidance says about your situation — and that we'll tell you when to put it down and call.
07Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Tiny Plans is limited to the amount you paid us. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limit; in those, it doesn't apply to you.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Toronto — unless your local consumer law gives you a better right to sue at home, in which case that wins.
09Changes
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we'll email you 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the plan after that means you accept the new version. If you don't, request a refund — even outside the 14-day window if the change is material.
